You’ve probably all ready heard about our partnership with OCN, but we here at Icon New Media Network have been really busy. We’re coming up on our one year anniversary and wanted to make sure we were dressed for the occasion. Check out our new look and feel. We hope you like it!

Icon New Media Network and OCN Launch a Partnership

Icon New Media Network is proud to announce our new partnership with
the Orthodox Christian Network. OCN is an agency of SCOBA and has
been established to create a national, sustainable and effective media
witness for the Orthodox Christian Church in North America. OCN has
agreed to distribute Icon New Media Network content on their
distribution channels and by combining our efforts, we’ll be we
working together to reach a larger audience.

It is exciting to take this new step and link with this well
respected, multi-jurisdictional organization. We know this partnership
will only enhance the belief of Icon New Media Network “that Orthodox
Christianity is the future of American spirituality”.

Help Build an Orthodox Church

Hi, I am Jacob Lee the Creative Director of Icon New Media Network. I would like to introduce a new section of our podcasts, Help Build an Orthodox Church. We will run free ads for Orthodox Mission Parishes that need help fund raising for specific building projects. When the current Mission Parishes fund raising goal is met, we will then select another Mission parish to help by running an ad for them. Our first church, St. John the Theologian, has seen a rather large influx of people since the Summer — 40 — who are currently enrolled as Catechumens. St. John simply needs a bigger space for the amount of people on a given Sunday. St. John has found a building which will provide twice the square footage for this wonderful miracle of God. However, improvements and other costs far exceed our resources. So, please consider making a donation to the building fund of St. John the Theologian Orthodox Mission. Visit them at theologian.org and click on the building project donation button to make a donation. When St. John reaches their fund raising goal we will ask for your help building another Orthodox Church. Many thanks for your generosity.
